Postponement of KFBG x Hang Seng Bank “Nature Treasure Hunt” 2025
Q1. Why has the event been postponed?
In light of the recent fire tragedy in Tai Po, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the event. This decision was made out of deep respect for the affected families and our immense gratitude for the frontline responders. Our hearts are with the Tai Po community during this difficult time.
Q2. When will the new event date be announced?
We are working on confirming the revised arrangements and will announce the new event date as soon as it is finalised. All updates will be shared on the official event website, KFBG and Green Hub's social media platforms, and sent directly via email to all registered participants.
Q3. I have already registered. Do I need to register again?
Your registration is secure. Details regarding your existing registration and any necessary steps for the rescheduled event will be provided along with the announcement of the new date. Please wait for further information.
Q4. Will the free shuttle bus services still operate on the original event dates?
No. With the event postponed, all associated free shuttle bus services for the original dates (29 and 30 November) are cancelled. We kindly ask participants not to go to the scheduled pick-up locations.
Q5. Can I still visit Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden on the original event dates as a regular visitor?
Yes. Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden will remain open on 29 and 30 November. The publicPublic can still visit and enjoy the farm.
Q6. Who can I contact if I have further questions about the event?
For any further enquiries about the event postponement, please contact our team by emailing [email protected] or sending a direct message to our official KFBG social media pages. We will respond to you as promptly as possible.
Q7. If I or someone I know has been affected by the fire, how can we seek support?
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the fire. KFBG’s Green Hub is providing emergency shelter, food and related support services to those in needsome of those affected. If you or someone you know requires assistance, please contact the Green Hub hotline at 9841 9929, and our team will provide support or referral where possible.

鑑於近日大埔發生的火災悲劇。我們在審慎考慮社會情況，以及對受影響家庭和前線人員的關懷後，決定延期活動。我們的心與大埔社區同在，希望各位共渡時艱。

我們正積極協調新的活動安排，一經確定，將立即公佈最新日期。所有更新資訊將透過官方活動網站、KFBG 與綠匯學苑的社交媒體專頁發佈，並會以電郵方式直接通知所有已報名的參加者。

您現有的報名資格仍然有效。有關您現有報名的後續安排，以及是否需要進行任何額外步驟，將會在新活動日期的公告中詳細說明。敬請耐心等候進一步通知。
Q4. 原定本週末安排的免費穿梭巴士會否仍然開出？
不會。由於活動經已延期，原定日期的所有相關免費穿梭巴士服務亦將會取消。我們懇請參加者切勿前往原定的上車地點等候。
Q5. 原定活動日當天，我仍可否以一般訪客身分前往嘉道理農場暨植物園？
嘉道理農場暨植物園在原定活動日期（11月29日及30日）將照常對外開放。歡迎您以普通訪客身分前來參觀。
